Travel, safari, hospitality and mobility experiences involve planning variables that may change before or during service delivery. FAM Trips Tours & Safaris Limited takes reasonable care in planning, coordinating and communicating with clients, but some circumstances may be outside our direct control.

1. Destination and Route Conditions

Travel may be affected by weather, road conditions, park rules, traffic, public events, destination access, security advisories, vehicle availability and government directives.

2. Wildlife and Safari Experiences

Wildlife sightings are natural experiences and cannot be guaranteed. Safari routes, viewing points and timing may change depending on park regulations, weather, road conditions and guide assessment.

3. Accommodation and Supplier Availability

Hotels, lodges, resorts, camps and Airbnbs are subject to availability, seasonal rates, booking terms, check-in rules and supplier policies.

4. International Travel

International packages may be affected by visa requirements, airline schedule changes, exchange rates, destination entry rules, travel advisories, immigration decisions and third-party supplier terms.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for communicating health conditions, dietary needs, mobility needs, allergies, accessibility requirements or special assistance requests before travel.

6. Insurance

Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip interruption, cancellation, baggage, delays and personal liability where applicable.

7. Force Majeure

FAM shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, airline disruptions or other events beyond reasonable control.

8. Confirmation

Final service details are confirmed only through official written communication from FAM.
